Frequently asked questions.
When can I drop off or pick up my dog?
Our preferred drop-off and pick-up times are Monday–Friday at 7:00 AM or 5:00 PM. If you need a different time, just let us know—we’re happy to schedule a time that works for both of us. For Saturday and Sunday’s we can set up a time that works for both of us.
Will my dog enjoy staying here?
We work hard to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every dog. With regular check-ins, time outside in the play yard, and plenty of love and attention, we aim to make your pup feel right at home. We're true animal lovers and look forward to building lasting trust with you and your dog.
Can I bring a dog bed or toys?
To keep your pet safe, we ask that you avoid bringing anything with stuffing, as these can be easily torn apart—especially if your pup feels anxious in a new space. Toys larger than a tennis ball are welcome; smaller ones can get lost or accidentally swallowed by other dogs.
What if I bring my own dog food?
We encourage you to bring your dog's usual food to help maintain their routine. Please pack enough for the entire stay, plus a little extra in case of spills. If needed, we can provide food for an additional $5 per day. It is common for dogs to have a day or two of adjustment and not eat right away. We don’t want to waste your food, so it is likely there could be extra leftover.
Will you give my dog medication?
Yes, we can administer medications you provide—just let us know the preferred method (e.g., pill pockets, cheese, wet food, peanut butter) and ask that you provide their preferred method. We do not administer injections.
What should I pack for my dog’s stay?
Please bring your dog’s food, any required medications (with instructions). Optional items include a favorite large toy or blanket without stuffing.
Do you offer updates during my dog’s stay?
Absolutely! We’re happy to send photo or text updates so you can see how your pup is doing while you're away—just let us know your preference.
Is the facility supervised overnight?
Our kennels are locked up nightly, and we take every precaution to ensure your dog is safe and comfortable. We have cameras to monitor and check in. We close their doggy doors to make sure they get a good nights rest and they are secured inside.
